2025 Photo Contest: Public Voting

Help us shine a light on historic churches, synagogues, meetinghouses, and mosques as civic spaces in their communities⸺vote in our national photo contest! The theme is “Third Place: Sacred Places Serving Their Neighborhoods.” In addition to selections made by a jury, members of the public choose one People’s Choice winner from each category. Each People's Choice winner will be awarded a cash prize of $200. Make your voice heard and vote now! Voting closes on December 5. Jury and People's Choice winners will be announced on December 15.

The Arts

Sacred places are homes for the arts, both religious and non-religious, and often serve as neighborhood galleries or performance venues. Photos in this category should capture liturgical art, visual art, concerts, theater, or dance in religious properties.
