Founding Faiths: Historic Sacred Places Celebrate America's 250th

To celebrate the birthday of our nation, join us in “Founding Faiths: Historic Sacred Places Celebrate America’s 250th”! Throughout 2026, visit Philadelphia’s most historic, architecturally-significant sacred places. The United States began as a pluralistic society, as is evident from the area churches, meeting houses, and synagogues that date back to our early history. Take advantage of the opportunity to see inside historic houses of worship and learn more about how early congregations contributed to America’s founding and ongoing social change movements.
