About Blair Horton

As a project coordinator, Blair brings her passion for community preservation and site management to assist in multiple facets of Partners’ work . Blair holds a MS in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. Her studies focused on architectural conservation, with a particular interest in the stewardship of sacred spaces. Prior to joining Partners, Blair served as the site management intern for the Woodlands Cemetery, a National Historic Landmark in West Philadelphia.
